The Elabo M-1 is the fourth generation molding-type suture
processing machine. It is possible to develop and
manufacture barb cog suture of various shapes with one device by simply replacing the molding mold.
- The mold self-manufatured of the special alloy makes it possible to manufacture sharper and various shapes of the barbs.
- A single device can process various sutures, such as PP, PCL, PDO, etc., distributed in the market.
- If there is a desired visible shape, the buyer’s own product can be developed by customizing the mold.
- The speed of production has been fater than existing cutting-type suture machine.
- The maximum length of production can be 450mm, but the byuer can do special order for the custom made.
- USP 0/1/2/3 suture processing is possible with this machine.
- All the things can simply adjust by the touch panel.
- Support Various languages.(Korean, English, Chinese)
